What's the deal with the link to "Cheap cigarettes" located at the bottom of my web site, next to the copyright?!
How do I get rid of it?

Hard to say without a link to your blog, but I'd be willing to guess that your selected theme is doing that. You might look into editing the theme or choosing another theme.
