Chat doesn't load on mobile devices

Running latest version of WP and Plugin. Followed setup process, chat works fine when run on a desktop or laptop, but when on a mobile device it simply sits there saying “Chat (Loading…)”. Tried on iOS7 and Android 4.4.3
