Chat clears when changing page inside website. Need help.

    Hi,

    I have installed the Lively chat plugin on my Wordpres website and its working ok, but when a user changes page / browse my website the chat clears.

    In a simple way, if a user start a chat on my website homepage and then clicks on the contacts page, the conversation will get lost. I need the chat to be persistent and active when user is browsing my website.

    Can someone please help me on this? How can i make the chat active even if the user changes page on my website?

    I think there may be an issue with the cookies being set. I’ll be pushing a new version of the plugin in about 10 minutes. Let me know if it solves your problem. Cheers.

    Hi dallas22ca,

    Thanks for the fast update. I already upgrade my plugin and now it a lot better! The chat is working even when a user changes page on my website.

    But…. its only working on 90% of my website, because there is a part where changin page still clears the conversation.

    If you send me your email or direct contact we can talk private and i can send you my website url for you to have a quick check to see why is your plugin not working on a specific part of my website.

    I really appreciate your help on this.
