Chat Badge Location

    A few question:

    1. Is it possible to locate the page in other locations. I would like the upper left or upper right, along the side. I can create my own badge and lends itself to such a position.

    2. Is this plugin subject to spam from bots? Can I add some sort of captcha?

    Comment: This plugin seems to give my sight a lot of problems. It seemed to conflict with WP Super Cache. Everything seems fine now. I think the solution was to clear the cache.

    It would take quite a bit of CSS to make the chat appear from the top. But, you could #livelychatsupport-chatbox { display: none; } and then create your own element with a class of livelychatsupport-open.

    I have never received any spam from bots. You can add a captcha if necessary… probably on the chatbox/structure.php file.

    I’ll be looking into the cache issues. Clearing it always seems to resolve any issues though.
