Hi, I just migrated the installation from one server to another and after the migration I installed the latest build of WP. I had to because I was having some problems after migration and hoped that a upgraded WP would solve that. Now I'm having a problem because the Portuguese accented letters are all in a mess even though in the DB I can clearly see that they display correctly. both the DB and the WP settings are configured to UTF-8.
