   Hey all, If anyone can help this would be really great.
   I would like to know if theres a way to limit the number of characters displayed from the 'link description' field that id displayed when you call the links list using 'get_links'??? My page breaks if the description is too long to fit in the div it lives in. Any help would b great.

   Hmm, I don't see anything obvious in the get_links() documentation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/get_links

   I reckon you could poke around for a plugin or craft your own that has a length limit of some sort.
