   I had a wordpress blog on one server and i moved it to another.
   I transfered the posts and comments using the export/import function in wp, but now i can't see leters like č, ć. I see '?' instead.

   In my wp settings UTF-8 is set as Encoding for pages and feeds, and as for my database, settings are following (MySQL client version: 4.1.22)
   MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
   MySQL connection collation: utf_unicode_ci

   Having the same exact problem.

   Look at:

   1. You db and tables to see what encoding they are set to.
   2. Look in your wp-config.php file and see what encoding is set there.

   Make sure they match...still not 100% guaranteed to fix all the problems, but it's a start.
