Character code added to every page's url?

This just started happening. Every page visited on my blog has a code now being added to the end of the url. For example http://www.bartaste.com/10-best-restaurant-bars-for-watching-the-phillies/ becomes http://www.bartaste.com/10-best-restaurant-bars-for-watching-the-phillies/#.T8Z2idVDxK4 The added characters #.T8Z2idVDxK4 are always the same on my computer regardless of the page but are different but in the same format on other devices like some kind of tracking. My home page http://www.BarTaste.com is not affected. Permalinks are correct. The added characters seem to pop onto the url as the last thing to load. Ideas? Thanks
