Using Filezilla I was able to upload Daily-Digest 40 to my site. I cant remove the http://www.websitename.com from the title page. I can find it in the HTML by right clicking and ourcing "source" but I dont know how to change that. I can change it but dont know how to put it in the site.

I don't get it. Which "Http://www.lloydminsterpsychology.com" do you mean? I see 3 of them.

If you mean the URL directly below "lloydminsterpsychology.com Blog", go to WP admin >> Options >> Tagline.
The URL below the first URL...I think you would have to check your theme files or whatever that codes for the actual design. (I'm not too familiar with themes...but try messing around?)
