   Hi there,

   I'd like to change the navigation to point to my posts instead of pages. How is that possible??

   Without changing the code that generates the navigation its not.

   Can't imagine why you'd want to do that - pages are intended to be the more permanent parts of you site. Posts are meant to be more transient.
