Changing Title Font Size – "Build" Theme

I’ve tried everything I can find to change the size of the title font, but nothing I do affects it. Due to the unfortunate name of the theme, a really directed search is difficult, so I apologize if the info is already out there – I haven’t been able to find it!

I’ve tried redefining the h1 sizes, changing specifically the title size, etc.

I’m currently redirecting nameservers from wordpress.com, so it might not be completely moved yet, but the blog can be found here.
