Changing theme doesn't change theme

    This is driving me insane.

    I change the theme and it says theme changed and it’s on the proper theme, but it’s not changed on front-end

    I’ve turned off cache plugins. I’ve cleared my browser’s cache. It’s driving me absolutely crazy. What could be the problem?
