   Hi,
   I'm new to WP, I'm changing my wp-login page. Everything is almost set, but when I add:

   background-color: #045697;
   to the body tag, only 2/3's of the page change color.
   How to I get the rest of the page to follow suit?
   What am I missing?

   You're going to need firebug to identify the styles that are taking precedence over yours.

   This really is not a wordpress specific question.
