   I know how to change the font, colour and size on the pages but how am I able to change the wording from "Archive for the ****** Category" to "You are now browsing the ****** Category"

   I have searched the style sheets but can not find it anywhere.

   You have to look inside the theme itself, not just the stylesheets. Go find archive.php inside the theme directory.

   If you don't know where to find these, go to root/wp-content/themes/..
