   Hey all,

   I'm new to using multisite (as of, um, an hour ago)!

   I can set the role for people who sign up for an existing site, and I can manually change the role for people who sign up with a new site, but I was wondering if there's a way that when someone signs up for a new site (not just as a user of an existing site) that their default role can automatically be set as Author rather than Administrator?

   I hope this makes some kind of sense :)
