    I am trying to reduce the size between my words in order to fit everything in the main menu?

    Take a look at my main menu on my site. http://www.ifscoatings.com

    You can adjust the right padding on the menu items by adding this CSS. The current value is 4%; probably best to change it to a pixel value.

    .navbar .nav > li {
       padding-right: 25px;
    }

    In your style.css file or set up a child theme & add the css there, if you add the css to the parent (main theme), when there is an update to the theme you are using, you will lose all the changes you have made.
    You can go to the link below to find out how to create a child theme

    Hope this helps
