Changing skins and toolbars in FCKEditor

    Well, maybe I’m just being as dumb as a bag of bricks today, but I can’t find a way to change the skin in FCKEditor for WP v3.3.1.

    For that matter, I can’t see how to edit the toolbars either.

    Can someone help me get over this?
