Changing permalinks broken even after resetting to default

    I tried to change my permalinks style today and this broke the page links on my site. When I tried to return to default mode, my links remain broken. What can I do?

    Hi

    1. Check that you’ve switched off all your wordpress security plugins and cache plugins if you have them installed as these can change your .htaccess file.

    2. If you don’t have any installed checked that you webmaster has not prevented writing to the .htaccerss file.
