I'm using lifestyle template and I really don't like the titles that have to appear on each page. I've tried removing them but then all my pages are untitled and hard to find for editing. Is there any way to either not show the Title on the page but show it in the dashboard or to change the size/font?

You can remove the page titles by editing the appropriate theme template file. However, that makes for poor SEO, so I wouldn't recommend it. You can change the title's font and/or size using your theme's stylesheet.
