Changing Menu Navigation Font Size

Hello, I am new to customizing a wordpress blog so please bare with me. I would like to change the font size for my navigation menu….the page titles such as about, home, gallery ect. I am using the twentyten theme and would like to increase the font size to a bigger size. I have searched this forum for hours and can’t seem to find a direct answer to my question.
