Changing menu colors

Hey, I’m trying to change the menu colour, can you help me out please?

Instead if light blue, i’d like to make it red, and another question, how do you remove the slider’s box? When you hover it with your mouse, you can see the black frame, how do you go about and remove that black frame? Or at least change its colour?
