I have two domains. One is hosted and the other isn't. I want to point the non-hosted to the blog on the hosted (let's say http://blog.nonhosted.com should be pointed to http://hosted.com/blog). When I access the blog, the links (eg. home, about me, etc.) all point to the hosted url. How can I make it so it points to the non-hosted http://blog.nonhosted.com?

And while you're elaborating on that, please elaborate on the very non-descriptive word, "point".
FWIW, if you are referring, in even the slightest bit, to domains and DNS, this is probably not the place to be asking that kind of question.
