I want to change the language of jetpack to English.
But I use wordpress in Japanese.
Do you have any idea to change only jetpack language to English leaving wordpress as it is in Japanese?

If you want to keep your dashboard in English but use another language on your site’s front end, you can use a plugin like WP Native Dashboard:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-native-dashboard/

Once you activate the plugin, you’ll be able to use Jetpack in Japanese but keep an English dashboard.
