Changing language in 3.3

    Hey all.

    Quick question: I’m running WP 3.3, and trying to change the dash language.

    A lot of support documents say the language controls should be under user settings, but they don’t seem to be there.

    I see there are plugins available such as ‘WP Native Dashboard’, but if I can do this without plugins, that would be excellent.
