Changing Icon Image

Hi! I’m doing some website work for a client. Their website is : http://reclaiminghearts.com/

I was wondering how I could change the globe image to my own personal icon?
She needs it to be a specific image instead of the globe. It’s pretty urgent.

Is this possible? If so how do we accomplish this.
