I am very new to WordPress we had someone come in professionally and set up our website and now we are left high and dry to figure a few things out on our own.
So I need to know how to change what prints out on my sales orders?

Do you know which plugin the site uses for the shopping cart?

i've never used this plugin before, so without access to the plugin files and folders to see how the printing functionality works, I personally can't help.
