Can anyone tell me how to edit text on the front page above the title image - cant seem to get it right and am new at this. thanks

That's a link to an admin page - not a publically accessible page on your site. Assuming that you want to change the current theme on http://lite.co.za/ then you need to create a child theme for your changes. Never edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.
