Changing header size in Matala theme. Lost!

    Hello,

    I am (trying to) work with the Matala theme (although if I had a better overview of themes I may be interested in using a more flexible and optimated one).

    The standard size of the header is too small for my purposes, and I’d like to make it wider, but especially higher!

    I have read how to change the html header size numbers to try to make it bigger, and saw that I needed to also change that number in the CSS, but quite frankly I have no idea what I am doing.
    I could use DETAILED instructions on how to make my theme header almost twice as thick, and a little wider than it is now.

    I would REALLY appreciate any help!
    And remember, I am a total newbie, so don’t assume I know anything.
