Changing Header and Footer Text Page by Page (2 posts)

    Hey there,
I am looking to be able to change the text of my Header and Footer for each page of my site.

I'd like the Header Text to reside where an "info bar" would be, in between the Site's banner image, and the page's content.

I would also like the footer text to change page by page. For example:

(Page Title That Changes For Each Page) | PhatWillySite.com Copyright 2009.

Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!

You'll need to edit the header.php and footer.php of your theme. You can find a lot of info in the Codex ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_Design_and_Layout )
To change the footer text include the page name use <?php the_title(); ?>.
