Changing from "wordpress@mysite.com" to [new user email]

    Hi! I see a lot of people asking to change from “wordpress@mysite.com” to “noreply@mysite.com”

    but

    How about changing from “wordpress@mysite.com” to “[new-user]@[email-address.com]”? How can I do it?

    I try to explain better:
    When I get a newly registered user, wordpress sends me a notification mail like this:

    FROM: wordpress@mysite.com
    TO: me@mysite.com

    but

    I would like to get:

    FROM: [new user email address here]
    TO: me@mysite.com

    Isn’t that possible?
