Changing forum username

Hi, I understand that this topic has been discussed before. The date on the discussion I found was of 3 years ago, so I wondered if things have changed.

This is the profile in question: https://wordpress.org/support/profile/ownerpress. I would like to change the username OwnerPress to GrowthPie.

At the very least, I would like to delete that profile and create a new one, since the old username is pretty meaningless to me now.

Are either of the measures possible?

On a different note, any idea why my profile photo changed to this rather fearsome creature from my regular gravatar pic? I wouldn’t want people thinking I look like that.
