Changing file permissions using cPanel

Hello
I need help to edit (header.php) in the Themes Editor to add Google webmaster verification tag. BUT, the file does not have the [update file] button to save my changes. It seems that I need to change the file permission. How do I change the file permission using the cPanel editor NOT the FTP. Is there a file manager in the cPanel? Thanks
