   Hi,

   When I change my file permissions from 'xxx' to any other code through fileZilla it says it updates, but when I check the permissions again it reverts back to 'xxx'.

   Can anyone help me out?

   Have you discussed this with your hosting provider?

   No I haven't, I shall email them.

   Yes, they should be able to tell you why you are unable to change permission.
