Changing file is forbidden by the server

    Error: Commit failed (details follow):
    Error: Changing file ‘C:\myplugin\trunk\myplugin.php’ is forbidden by the server
    Error: Access to ‘/!svn/ver/../myplugin/trunk’ forbidden

    What does this mean actually? Is the first time that i get this message, my password, user and the url of the repository are correct, any one can explain? Thanks
