Changing color of Visited Link (CSS) (3 posts)

    For some strange reason, I can't seem to change the color of the 'visited links' on my site. My background is white and as soon as you click on a link they go white too, and are invisible even when you navigate away and come back to the page even on the following day.

    My codes all seem to be correct and there is nothing in my style page that uses the hex code #fff other than the background.

    http://itsangel.com/index.php?page_id=2 (you need to enter 'index.php' into the url if you click on a link in the main menu)
    This is a page from the site, the only link that works is the word 'proceed' under the 'PRESS' title. If you click on that link, come back to the page and the 'proceed' link is invisible. Could there be any hidden codes overriding my stylesheet? Or am I just being dumb and haven't noticed something?

    did you try adding an a:visited to your stylesheet, if its not already there? I would check, but I'm surfing from my iPod touch.
    Try something like

    a:visited{
    color: #000000
    }

    I've tried that. At one point I had that code in various versions all over the place.. there seems to be something overriding the style but I don't know what or where it is.. grrrrr!
