   Where is the coding to change the color of the black bars in the header. The top bar with the Log in and the bottom with the horizontal navigation?

   I've found the coding for everything else, but that.

   might be background images;
   however as most here are probably not very familiar with the theme or are not going to download or install the theme to check this,
   a link to your site would help.

   The nav bar background is an image called nav.png which is in the /images folder. The style that controls the nav bar is .main-navigation in style.css.
