I am creating a website for somebody, there are many categories and sub categories within the website. When creating a post and selecting the categories it displays the categories and sub categories but when I go to edit the post the checked boxes are all displayed at the top and it makes it very hard to see what sub category is a sub-category. I want to change the way it is displayed to the admin so that instead of the checked boxes being displayed at the top and losing the structure. I want it to display the checked boxes with the structure referring to the categories and sub-categories.
Here are screen shots to help explain.
    1. Set up of the structure http://www.diigo.com/item/image/2yr00/5v7h?size=o
    2. When creating a new post (How I want editing the post to look)

    3. Editing the post http://www.diigo.com/item/image/2yr00/d9m0?size=o

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
