changing background them

    hi all,

    i have downloaded coffee and cream theme, and customized it to emerald, i want to change background color (which is now green).. I am not sure whether the theme uses background color or background image.. in the style css I have tried to edit almost all the color’s there..with other colors but nothing seems to change….can anyone help me…I am stuck up here….

    Is there an option in the dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Customise ?

    thank you for the reply Andrew,
    yeah there is but there is no option available for changing background color of the theme, only i can find title font, tagline font, font size etc

    You may be able to upload a 1 pixel by 1 pixel sized image, of the colour you want on the background.
    Hopefully the 1 pixel by 1 pixel image will repeat to fill the background.

    Surely looking under the css for the body background color, or image would help? Then If it is an image, replace either the url, or upload a new image with the same name. (I advise the former)
