CHanging background color behind tabs

    I have been trying to change the background color behind my tabs for hours and I cant figure it out, could someone please help me. I want it to look exactly like tudietainteligente.net (green background white letters) my wordpress site is tudietainteligente.net/newsite. Any help would be great.
