I can’t seem to get the any individual Page or Post to accept a different layout from the set default.

Is there a particular ORDER of OPERATION that has to be taken to obtain individual layouts?

To be fair, I’ve using the most current WordPress night build, AND quite a few plugins. Has anybody else had this difficulty?

    Hi,
If set, the layout option in a individual page will always override the selected default layout, except in you have checked “Force default layout everywhere” in the cusomizer screen (page and post layout section) : may this option be checked in your case?

    Hope this will help!

    Nicolas,

Thanks for your response! I do not have that “default layout everywhere” box checked, and yet it still seems to be enabled somehow.

Whenever I try to change the layout of an individual Page (such as Contact), my change gets ignored.

I’ll disable some of my plugins…maybe one of them is the problem.

    Hi,
Did you finally find the solution for your problem?

    Nikeo,

Not yet, but I’ve been tied up doing personal issues.

What I should not have done is install the most recent version of WordPress nightly build + version 2.0.8 of your theme. WordPress’s Theme Customiser froze up on me.

I got too far ahead of the game. I’ll make do until everything catches up, and I might go back to earlier versions of both pieces of software…not sure yet.

    Thank you for your theme.
