Hi, I am a novice user.
I am happy with my site, set up with ToomMorel Lite 1.3.2 by InkThemes.com theme by my teenage nephew, However I need to change my email address which appears on my home (front?) page. The only place I can find that email address is in front-page.php, and I have changed it there to current address and updated, but there is no change on the live site.
    My site is wwww.fourwaypharmacy.co.uk.
All the other text in the blue box I can edit in theme options - but not the last 2 lines (tel/fax and email).
All the other pages I can edit in "pages"
In reading settings Front page displays as "your latest posts".
My nephew, various other wordpress users and I are stuck - can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

Can you post here what exactly is in your 'Top Section Description' box in your Appearance/Theme Options sections.
Using firebug I can see the structure of part of your code and it looks like it may be corrupted somewhere.
You could always rewrite the 'Top Section Description' to see if that helps. I have looked at the theme and thats the section that should contain your contact info.

Let me know how you get on.
    Karen.

I have found a workaround to this - I have put in a couple of line breaks in the 'Top Section Description' box html which pushes the incorrect white text down off the blue background so you can't see it, then typed in the correct tel and email. Not pretty, but it works.
Any proper solutions would be welcome!

Without seeing your code its hard to say but it looks like your nephew or whoever created the site hard code the email/fax details because it uses the php mailto function?
If this info has been hardcoded in the front-page.php as you say, is this file part of a child theme? If you havent developed a child theme if your current theme is updated you will lose any modifications to the themes files.
