Changes to 4.3.73 not as documented

Update 4.3.73 includes changes which are not documented in the release notes.

Per the release notes, the only change is additional language support

Language pack is updated. Slovak by Branco is added

However, upon updating, the styling of my special textboxes has been altered. Specifically, line 610 of wp-special-textboxes/js/jquery.stb.js has been added (relative to version 4.3.72):

"line-height" : "0.8em"

I can certainly “correct” this in my WordPress site by removing that additional line, but, if this is an intentional change, it should be documented, yes?
