After installing WP 3.0.5 and several plugins, I found out that only original post titles are shown in the blog list. If change post title after publishing it's not updated.
e.g. http://ramanchuk.com/time-management-setting-goals-external-and-internal-orientation-smart-analysis/
original title is 'Time Management: Setting Goals,'
changed title is 'Time Management: Setting Goals, external and internal orientation, SMART-analysis'
Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.
Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).

The problem is not in my browser cache (I cleared it), more over link is correct if check page navigation here http://ramanchuk.com/influence-and-persuasion-killer-questions-to-become-more-influential-and-persuasive/
I'm almost sure that problem is in one of plugins. I deactivated cache plugin 'W3 Total Cache' but it didn't help (
What other plugins are you running?
I have W3TC and I've never seen that particular issue.
Atahualpa theme seems to be storing a title in bfa_ata_body_title custom field. Perhaps it needs to be updated there.

Yes you're right, I changed the theme to another and post titles are shown correctly. I don't know why Atahualpa doesn't update post titles.
I tried to deactivate all plugins - it didn't help
Have you tried updating that field manually?
