changer from one webhosting to other..plzz help

    Dear sir,
    pleae help me out, i am so depresed:(.
    I just changed my webhosting from php4.4 to php5.2, i saved complete backup of my website and the database from my old webhosting server, but now when i shifted to new one, and the dns is ok, my site ping to me. but when i go to my site it shows this down error in brackets:

    (((Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /fusion/wp-login.php on this server.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    When you copied your site over to the new host, your file and directory permissions may not have been preserved. Usually, you want:

    644 for files
    755 for directories.
