    I've looked in a ton of places to find where the "No Comments", "1 Comment", "5 Comments" etc. text is generated, and I can't find it. I have found this line,

    <?php comments_popup_link(__('Comments (0)'), __('Comments (1)'), __('Comments (%)')); ?>

    but I don't think I can change what text is displayed at the bottom of a post on the main page.

    I am working with a low tech crowd, and I am trying to change the link "No Comments" to something more like "Have a Comment?" to make it a little more intuitive.

    Thanks for your help.

    You actually can change what text is displayed by that comments_popup_link function you found; see its Codex entry for instructions.
