Hi there,
I made a terrible mistake and I hope someone can help me!
I changed the wordpress url just for a test - I didn't think I would cause so much trouble - and now I can't go back. I always get the "404 page not found" page.
My former wordpress url was blog.fraeuleinherz.de. This subdomain redirects to the directory I installed wordpress: http://www.fraeuleinherz.de/blog. Then I changed the wordpress url to http://www.fraeuleinherz.de/blog, because I thought that would be simpler.
And now nothing works! Does anyone have an idea how I can change this back? I'm desperate...

I did the same darned thing. I was trying to change my url from rachaelstrader.com/blog to just rachaelstrader.com and didn't realize the outcome would be 404 error, and I couldn't log back in to change the url back. Thank You srikat!!! It worked! I was starting to panic.

i am not able to install this program ... i changed my url from portalbernibookkeeping.com to booksabreeze.com and now i cant log in at all ... how do i change it back so that i can log on again

i hav done tht.. bt i cnt get out frm phpMyAdmin, when i click log out it ask for the user name & password.. & return to same window.. & i m also not able to log in to my wordpress login page.. neoither my site is workinf says "Error establishing a database connection"
pls guide...
