I changed from using a http://www.mysite URL to a non http://www.mysite URL and when I submitted my sitemap through Google Webmaster tools I got the following error message.

Paths don't match
We've detected that you submitted your Sitemap using a URL path that doesn't include the www prefix (for instance, http://example.com/sitemap.xml). However, the URLs listed inside your Sitemap do use the www prefix (for instance, http://www.example.com/myfile.htm).
Then when I looked at my sitemap I saw that yes, each page referenced has the www prefix. So I looked in my WP dashboard at pages and the http://www.mysite URL is in the permalink field of ech page. I am making an assumption that there is some sort of relationship between the pages permalink and the sitemap and that when Google finds my sitemap at my site structure in the server which is now located in a non http://www.mysite folder it is causing the problem.
I simply do not know how to go about dealing with this. Any assistance gratefully appreciated.
