   I was running fine on IIS6 with NETWORK added with write permissions. Now after moving to IIS7 I can't even activate the plugin. I've tried all sorts of permission changes but still get this error.
   chmod 777 /wp-content/db.php
   How can I get this to work on IIS7?

   Got it!
   You have to add the IUSR account to the wp-content folder with write access.

   Glad you got it fixed. Be careful with chmod 777. You don't want to leave anything open.
