   Brand new install. Go under Presentation => Themes, change to any themes and when try to view site shows above?

   Admin page still works.

   Thats a pretty cool trick...

   Looks like you've got a corrupted file or theme. I'd remove the theme dir and re-upload it.

   I blew away this install and reinstalled everything again. Worked?! WTF?

   Ok, I found the problem.

   Options => Reading => WordPress should compress articles (gzip) if browsers ask for them.

   If above is checked, everything becomes trash.
