Changed the URL's and now 403 Forbidden Access Denied

    Hello All!
    Here is the newbie again. THis is on a Windows 2008 server running IIS 7.

    Ok – I created my site, and used 2 plugins to chnage the URL’s and database to be mywebsite.com, and created a new website in IIS for mywebsite.com.

    Now when I try and go to tthe site on the server by url http://mywebsite.com – I get the error above – 403 Forbidden Access Denied – You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

    What did I do – and how do I get it functional again? I have gone over the Codex about changing URL’s, and cannot find anything relevent.

    HELP oh WordPress and IIS guru’s…
